Young Swiss citizens from Generations Y and Z want to be better informed about their future income through the three pillars of the Swiss pension system.
We are looking for an outstanding developer to create a modern and innovative chatbot designed to make life easier for pension experts. As part of this project, you will work within the Neosis team, which provides the first digital administration solution for the Swiss pension system.
The internship will involve three main steps:
 1. Data preparation: Use creativity and ingenuity to exploit and, where necessary, structure the available data to effectively support pension and social insurance experts in their administrative tasks.
 2. Chatbot design: Design a real-time chatbot based on the collected data (training scripts, application specifications) to assist experts in managing customer requests and administrative processes.
 3. Integration: Integrate the chatbot into the administrative management system in a lean, scalable, and intuitive way to facilitate the daily work of business experts.

To support and ease the onboarding and administrative work of new experts in pension and social insurance funds, improving comfort, responsiveness, and efficiency in their daily tasks.
Objectives
The goal of the internship is to contribute to defining future AI principles and functionalities for our product. This will involve adding AI features to our software to provide significant support in the administration work of pension and social insurance experts.

Skills required
 * Curiosity and willingness to understand business needs and context
 * IT/engineering skills to understand architecture and solutions

 * Machine Learning / AI knowledge
Software engineering:
 * Python or R, with experience in Jupyter Notebook
 * Familiarity with ML libraries
 * Java is a plus
 * Basic SQL knowledge
