For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately!

Your main tasks
* Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations
* Correspondence in German, English, and French
* Advising guests on prices and room categories
* Creating and updating reservations
* Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French
* Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly
* Monitoring and filing correspondence
* Maintaining and updating guest profiles
Your profile
* Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad
* Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French
* Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Ability to stay organized and efficient even in busy or stressful situations
