PpTo strengthen our Product Team, we are looking for ab Product Manager /b to complete our team of colleagues. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThe role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: /p ul liConduct market analyses for assigned product lines, including the collection, structuring, and analysis of Market and Business Intelligence data. /li liMaintain active and documented competitive intelligence on railway maintenance products and technologies. /li liAnalyze public and private tenders to identify strategic market needs and extract key inputs for product roadmap orientation. /li liOrganize and participate in proactive visits with key customers, infrastructure managers, and strategic stakeholders. /li liDefine and propose market positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions for assigned products and services. /li liDevelop, manage, and maintain the product portfolio and product roadmap in close collaboration with the Technical Department. /li liParticipate in strategic and operational exchanges with railway infrastructure entities and agencies in different countries. /li liMaintain and update product baseline configurations, options, and price lists in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). /li liEnsure consistency and quality of the product configuration database used by configuration and quotation-generation tools. /li liCreate, maintain, and continuously improve sales and marketing materials, including product presentations, unique selling propositions (USPs), and sales arguments. /li liSupport the sales team during the proposal phase, particularly for non-standard or technically complex opportunities. /li liContribute to the definition and implementation of team processes in accordance with the MATISA Quality Management System. /li /ul h3Internal Tools /h3 ul liMicrosoft 365 ecosystem /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Experience /h3 pTo ensure successful collaboration, we are looking for a candidate with: /p ul liA Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent technical background. /li liA minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial and technical environments, including significant exposure to product management, technical proposals, or complex project management. /li liExcellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
