In this role you will be accountable for:
3. Supporting the evaluation, screening, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic investment opportunities
4. Building, maintaining, and analyzing financial models, business cases, and valuation scenarios to support investment decisions
5. Coordinating and supporting due diligence activities across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
6. Preparing high-quality investment materials, management presentations, and decision-making documentation for senior leadership
7. Driving market research, competitive analyses, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and strategic insights
8. Supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and deliverables
9. Monitoring project progress, tracking timelines, and providing structured reporting and status updates to key stakeholders
10. Collaborating closely with internal business functions, external advisors, and leadership teams, including supporting post-merger integration activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
11. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
12. 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or a comparable analytical environment
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
14. Solid financial modeling and valuation knowledge, combined with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
15. A structured, detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in collaborating across functions and organizational levels
17. A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
18. Business fluent English, both written and spoken
Ideally, you also bring:
19. Exposure to M&A, transaction processes, or due diligence activities
20. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
21. Familiarity with financial databases, reporting tools, or BI solutions
