We are looking for a passionate Research Team Manager. You will be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary Circuit Breaker research team in Baden-Dättwil (Switzerland), part of the Central European Hitachi Energy Research Center.

* Contribute to research projects and pre-studies with your own scientific expertise
* Participate in test campaigns, covering electrical emergency first aider role (Training will be provided)
* Oversee different research laboratories, including safety
Your background
* PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Technical expertise in following areas: circuit breaker, high power testing, plasma physics, and an interest in emerging research and technology fields
* Several years of experience and proven track record in industrial R&D, with relevant people leadership experience
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is an advantage
