We are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience in the digital communication sector to oversee the coordination, execution, control, and completion of various projects such as websites, landing pages, mobile apps, online advertising campaigns, Google products and services, social media, and events for a prominent international client.
Role Description
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to relate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and external partners such as media agencies. Responsibilities include coordinating the work team, ensuring quality standards, and meeting delivery deadlines. The position involves a hybrid work model.
Key Tasks
1. Gather data and information from the team or directly from clients.
2. Define the project team, initiate the project, and lead brainstorming sessions.
3. Monitor the project throughout all phases, defining intermediate steps and facilitating smooth operations.
4. Empower project team members and monitor KPIs established at project outset.
5. Prepare progress reports as requested by the project manager.
6. Manage critical issues swiftly and forecast project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in digital roles within communication agencies or similar environments.
* Experience with e-commerce and managing advertising campaigns.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Digital background with basic IT knowledge.
* Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent client relationship skills.
* Sense of responsibility towards projects and team.
* Knowledge of CRM and CMS management.
