The Vallorbe Metallurgical Factories SA (UMV) are recognized at the international level as the preferred choice of the most demanding professionals for its precision tools. With significant capabilities, the company, employing nearly 200 people, markets its products in over 80 countries through a distribution network. In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a Sales FR/ENG (M/F/D). **Your missions:** The main mission of the Sales is to ensure the management and commercial follow-up of their client portfolio within Customer Service: from the client's request to the shipment of goods, integrating the entire order processing and deadline monitoring process. He or she actively assists the Sales Managers while ensuring a permanent quality service oriented towards activities.- Conduct the commercial and technical study of the client's request.- Establish offers and submit them to the client.- Process orders: enter, verify, and confirm orders.- Monitor deadlines and product availability with the Supply Chain.- Manage shipments according to delivery conditions: transport and management of customs formalities related to exports.- Process and establish credit notes.- Manage payment reminders.- Keep clients updated according to visit reports and instructions from Sales Managers; keep client pricing conditions up to date.- Sales analysis: manage and track order entries and promotions.- Prepare data for client visits for Sales Managers and process actions following visit feedback.- Ensure coordination with distributors and agents.- Ensure correspondence, filing, and archiving for all defined markets and in the respective languages.- Actively participate in professional development and showcase proficiency in oral and written communication in various languages.- Team spirit and commitment to customer service.- Proactivity – versatility.- Autonomy.- Business acumen.- Respect for processes through established procedures and continuous improvement.**Qualifications:**- CFC as a commercial employee or deemed equivalent.- Experience in a sales department, with knowledge of documents and basic business concepts (margin calculation, pricing, etc.).- Excellent language skills in French and English (minimum C1).- Knowledge of German and/or a second language is desired.- Proficiency in Office Suite and its functions (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Knowledge of management software, ERP preferred (Infor XA).**Start of activity:** immediately or to be agreed upon.**Work location:** Vallorbe.
