What you will do:
* Define the strategic direction and product roadmap with Finance project leads and stakeholders.
* Lead and develop a team of product owners and technical experts.
* Drive digitalization and automation of Finance IT systems while ensuring stable operations.
* Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
* Oversee seamless integration with other projects and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
* Develop governance frameworks for risk management, quality control, and compliance.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What you bring & who you are:
* University degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain and 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
* Proven track record in implementing SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar products.
* Strong understanding of Finance IT tools, architecture, and processes.
* Experience in organizational change management and user adoption.
* ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM processes and agile concepts (e.g., SAFe).
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship‑building skills.
* Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.
