This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
* Inspection and measurement of mechanical components for the F1 car and the wind tunnel model
* Identification of parts that do not conform to technical drawings
* Preparation, documentation, and creation of inspection reports
* Logging and processing of error reports in the quality management system
* Cross-departmental collaboration to efficiently develop and implement solution proposals
* Point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and technical drawing-related questions
Your profile
* Successfully completed basic mechanical training with additional qualification in quality assurance
* AUKOM Level 1 & 2 desirable or equivalent qualification
* Very good knowledge of 3D measurement and experience with Zeiss Calypso software
* Experience in 3D measurement using Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
* Experience with manual measuring tools and gauges
* Excellent ability to read technical drawings – ISO GPS 8015
* Structured, precise, and independent working style
* High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a 2-shift system
* Fluent in German or English, with a willingness to learn basic skills in the other language is required
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
