We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Finance & Procurement Clerk to support our client’s finance and purchasing team in Bern. In this versatile position, you’ll split your time between accounting tasks and procurement coordination, playing a key role in the smooth running of daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Finance (40%)
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Process incoming and outgoing payments
* Post cash receipts and supplier invoices
* Check and process order-related invoices
* Handle petty cash and maintain financial master data
Procurement (40%)
* Monitor and process internal orders and stock movements
* Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels
* Handle supplier inquiries and discrepancies
* Prepare supplier negotiations and update master data
* Assist with purchasing-related administrative tasks
What You Bring
* Completed commercial apprenticeship
* Professional experience in accounting and/or procurement
* Ideally background in trade or building materials industry
* Solid MS Office and ERP system skills
* Independent and precise working style with team spirit
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Fluency in German is mandatory
