This role focuses on enhancing and restoring a curated set of historic industrial construction photographs to a high professional standard. The selected freelancer will be responsible for applying advanced image enhancement techniques, ensuring consistency across all images, and adhering to strict quality and confidentiality requirements. The project begins with a 5-image test pack, including at least one image requiring advanced cleanup, to demonstrate capability in achieving the specified 'Tier H' standard. The work involves using industry-standard software to clean up scenes, redact sensitive information as instructed, correct perspective issues, and deliver both print and web-ready files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to follow precise acceptance criteria, and comfortable working with staged payment releases for accepted batches.
Deliverables
* Enhance and standardize a collection of historic industrial construction photos to a consistent, professional style.
* Complete a 5-image test pack, including advanced cleanup on at least one image.
* Remove unwanted objects or people and redact sensitive information as required.
* Correct perspective, color, and exposure issues using Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, or Photoshop.
* Deliver organized, print-ready and web-ready files according to project specifications.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all deliverable requirements.
* Communicate proposed process, rates per image, and capacity in response.
Requirements
* Proven experience in photo enhancement and restoration, preferably with industrial or archival imagery.
