Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance policies to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
* You support the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedural guidelines.
* You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in integrating regulatory changes into IT processes.
* Your responsibilities also include the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of IT risks and controls.
* You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT department continuously meets regulatory requirements.
* You prepare regular reports for management on IT risks, compliance, and governance standards.
Profile
* Must speak French or German fluently
* You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT governance.
* You possess in-depth knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) and have experience in implementing governance structures.
* You work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner.
* You have strong communication skills.
