As Sales Representative Switzerland, you will actively contribute to the commercial success and visibility of Baume & Mercier across the Swiss market.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage and support a portfolio of wholesale partners, ensuring strong sell-out performance, optimal brand presence, and long-term client relationships.
This is a 6 months fixed-term position, starting on the 1st of December
Your key responsibilities will include:
 1. Visiting and managing points of sale throughout Switzerland.
 2. Maintaining close relationships with retail partners and boutique teams.
 3. Monitoring sales performance and stock levels.
 4. Providing brand and product training to retail staff.
 5. Supporting local marketing activations and events.
 6. Taking part in the preparation and execution of Watches & Wonders .
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
 7. You have a first experience in sales, marketing, or luxury retail, ideally within the watchmaking or premium goods sector.
 8. You are a strong communicator, confident and engaging with clients and partners.
 9. You are self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working on the road across different regions.
 10. You are fluent in French, English and German.
 11. You are willing to travel across Switzerland up to four days per week. Holding a valid driving license would be appreciated.
