Main goal

Be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering well-organised meetings and events that deliver quality, efficiency and a positive experience for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

Accommodation and facilities coordination

* Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders toassess and organise the logistics of UEFA-organised meetings andconferences
* Planning and coordinating reservations for accommodation and meetingfacilities, ensuring all aspects (technical equipment, catering andtransport) are aligned with event specifications and qualitystandards
* Overseeing and aligning timelines and deliverables to ensure fulloperational readiness and strict adherence to UEFA standards

Event execution and on-site presence

* Representing the coordination function on-site at meetings andconferences, overseeing logistics and resolving issues in realtime
* Ensuring seamless event delivery by monitoring service providers,verifying set-ups and maintaining adherence to schedules and qualityexpectations

Partner and supplier relations

* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with UEFApartners and suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, transport providers and other vendors
* Negotiating and securing favourable terms with suppliers, balancingcost efficiency with high service standards
* Monitoring supplier performance and implementing continuous improvements to enhance event quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

* Experience
o More than five years of experience in a similar position in the hotel or tourism industry orsimilar
* Education
o Degree in hospitality or tourism would be an asset
* Languages
o English / Advanced
o French / Advanced
o Knowledge of any other European languages would be an asset
* Other
o Service-oriented andsolution-focused approach
o Proven ability to workeffectively both independently and collaboratively across teams
o Excellent interpersonalskills, with an ability to communicate effectively across diversecultures and with a wide range of clients
o Skilled in prioritisingworkload to meet deadlines
o Strongorganisational skills
o Solid understanding of theevent, hotel and travel industries
o Comfortable working withfigures and data
