To support this dynamic, we are looking for their future Senior Project Manager - Client Representative.A key role for leading complex and ambitious projectsYour responsibilities:- Within the sector, you ensure the complete management of large-scale projects, which may include major renovations or demolition-reconstruction projects.- You work on several projects in parallel, at different stages of progress, from the initial development phases, with great autonomy in monitoring, planning, and financial management.- Your role consists of supervising and overseeing architects as well as general and/or total contractors, ensuring the quality of work, compliance with deadlines, and risk management.- You coordinate the necessary steps and exchanges with authorities and external and internal partners to secure the smooth running of projects.- You also ensure their management in an environment where autonomy is key.- Finally, you provide a structured vision on regulatory issues, integrating these dimensions from the design of projects and throughout their lifecycle.Your profile:- You have confirmed experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with concrete exposure to the initial development phases.- Accustomed to working on the entire project lifecycle, you are comfortable with both design and execution monitoring, including in contexts of projects with general or total contractors.- Your understanding of financial issues, the legal and regulatory framework, as well as constraints related to existing real estate, allows you to structure complex files, anticipate risks, and secure decisions.- Versatile and possessing excellent communication skills, you know how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including authorities and internal and external partners.- Benefiting from experience as a Client Representative, you hold a higher education degree in architecture or engineering; additional training in real estate is an asset for this position. jid57531daaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
