In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to build an exclusive network of architects, interior designers and integrators, while representing our high-end home automation solutions in prestigious projects.
Your mission is
As a Basalte ambassador, help the brand to bolster its presence in the luxury residential market in Switzerland.
Use your enthusiastic and proactive approach to build a network of integrators and (interior) design architects and persuade them of the added value that our top-notch design products bring to the mix.
Represent our technical design products at international trade shows, events and customer visits.
You are responisble for
Maintaining contacts and collaborations with the existing Basalte partner network and attracting architects, interior designers, project developers and consultancy firms involved in high-end projects.
The all-round follow-up and support of the sales process. Following up on leads and project applications, elaborating proposals, managing project and contact details in our CRM system.
Understanding the customers’ business, inviting them to our showrooms, giving demos and presentations and ensuring the necessary follow-up when they become a Basalte partner. We attach great importance to excellent customer guidance.
Helping to identify opportunities to raise brand awareness among our target groups in order to boost our market presence.
We expect you to
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role where you were responsible for developing a network of decision-makers in the construction or interior design sector.
Be fluent German, French and English.
Be highly motivated and result-driven, with strong technical skills.
Take an interest in design, architecture & lifestyle.
Know how to inspire people in a one-on-one conversation.
Be used to planning your days and weeks autonomously and are capable of following up on multiple projects and contacts at the same time.
