As a Shop Manager in the luxury segment, you will be responsible for achieving sales and customer experience goals with your team. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing professional customer advice and delivering top customer service, exemplified by your team daily.
* Managing operations effectively, including personnel planning, cash handling, stock management, visual merchandising, recruitment, and daily KPI management & optimization.

BE YOURSELF
We seek authentic personalities with professional experience who love creating unique customer experiences. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders, empathetic, solution-oriented, and proficient with digital tools. They should have a structured work style, flexibility, and strong communication skills in German and French (very good) and basic English.
Candidates should have an affinity for beauty and at least 2 years of staff management experience in a lifestyle or service-oriented industry such as retail, luxury retail, cosmetics, fashion, cruise ships, hotels, or gastronomy.
