In this role, you act as the cornerstone of confidence, ensuring that the complex interactions between electronics, mechanics, firmware, and software result in a seamless and reliable product. Creative Test Evolution: Design and develop thoughtful test scenarios that explore system resilience and identify potential weaknesses early in the lifecycle. Transforming Data into Insight: Analyze logs and results to turn raw data into meaningful improvements, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and long-term supportability. Qualifications (Must Haves): Education: Degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering. Professional Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in testing within agile environments, specifically where software meets hardware. IT Skills: Proficient with Linux and a strong foundation in test automation. Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Soft Skills: A curious investigator who enjoys learning how things work "under the hood." You communicate with empathy and clarity to lead technical findings toward collaborative fixes. Nice to Haves: Certifications: ISTQB certification is a plus, though your ability to think systematically is the primary focus. Languages: German language skills are a great advantage for local collaboration.
