Senior Hardware Development Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Development Engineer to lead the industrialization of advanced devices in a cutting-edge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with cross-functional development teams to drive technical innovation.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to secure best-in-class components.
* Design, develop, and test prototypes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Validate and test products, conducting optical and electrical measurements as needed.
* Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are applied throughout the product lifecycle.
* Serve as the primary technical interface between internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
* Support product assembly, calibration, and change requests, maintaining documentation accuracy.
* Lead root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues in prototyping or production phases.
Your Profile:
* Hold a degree in Electronics or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in hardware product industrialization.
* Possess strong expertise in electronic hardware validation, testing, reliability, and manufacturing transfer.
* Have a solid understanding of industrial process design and optimization.
* Be proficient in development tools such as Altium, SolidWorks, LabView, Zemax.
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project is a plus.
* Demonstrate high organizational skills, self-motivation, and hands-on approach.
* Fluently speak and write in English and French.
