As an Electrical Instrumentation & Control Engineer or Technician (m/f/d), you will contribute to the groundbreaking Ibex Solutions complex in Visp, Switzerland, in a world-class environment that impacts the future of medicine.
Key responsibilities: Planning and realization of electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within the available budget and timelines.
Ensuring seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems.
Managing GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik.
Preparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Determining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflows.
Key requirements: Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc).
Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry.
Proficiency in SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, and MES Syncade is highly desirable.
Proficient in English and/or German to communicate in our diverse, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting.
