About the Role
We are looking for a specialized and experienced Chinese Chef with a deep expertise in Cantonese Kitchen to join our production team, starting from 15.06.2026. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting authentic Cantonese dishes for our commercial airline clients, ensuring the highest standards of taste, tradition, and presentation in a high-volume catering environment.
Annual gross salary: CHF 60,000–66,000 (including 13th month), negotiable depending on experience.

* Proven experience as a Chinese Chef specializing in Cantonese cuisine (2+ years); experience in high-volume or airline catering is a major plus.
* Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary school.
* Mastery of Cantonese cooking techniques, specifically wok-hei and delicate seasoning.
* Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
* Highly organized, efficient, and able to work under high pressure.
* Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work different shifts (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
