To lead this transformation, we are looking for a Manager Workforce Optimisation & Advanced Analytics - a strategic, tech-savvy leader who can combine operational understanding with advanced analytics, optimisation, and automation to reshape how our business plans and performs:
MANAGER WORKFORCE OPTIMISATION & ADVANCED ANALYTICS 100%
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, data and technology, responsible for building intelligent planning capabilities that directly influence service quality, cost and resilience across our airport operations in Geneva and Zurich.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the design of advanced workforce planning and optimisation models, using predictive analytics, simulation and scenario techniques
* Move planning from reactive to proactive by analysing and integrating the demand drivers, seasonality, growth and translate them into intelligent forecasting frameworks
* Enable data-driven decisions on workforce mix (fixed, flexible, third-party), based on supply factors (qualifications, availabilities etc.) and develop the future manpower capacity strategy
* Own the end-to-end analytics portfolio for workforce optimization and operational performance
* Apply innovative tools and solutions to deliver high-impact insights, scenario models and performance dashboards for senior leadership and the management team
* Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations
Automation & Digital Transformation
* Identify and implement automation opportunities to enable simplified planning, rostering and reporting
* Lead the shift from manual and rule-based tasks and processes towards scalable, flexible and intelligent solutions
* Champion implementation and use of the modern analytics tools, scripting, and digital workflows across the organisation
* Oversee and continuously review and improve RMS configuration, rule logic, system use and evolution
* Define future-state requirements, including optimisation and AI-driven enhancements, on-board and test future focused, employee friendly solutions
* Act as a strategic partner to the internal and Group IT teams and technology providers
Workforce Supply & External Labour Optimisation
* Use advanced analytics to shape the optimal manpower models
* Support third-party labour analysis and approach with data-backed cost, risk and productivity insights and translate the outcomes into a long-term manpower supply strategy
* Build scenarios to evaluate alternative workforce strategies under changing demand and operational factors
Leadership & Capability Building
* Lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary analytics and planning teams
* Build a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement
* Act as a thought leader and strengthen collaboration with Operations, Training, HR and Finance
YOUR PROFILE
* Proven track record of applying analytics, AI, optimisation or automation to real-world operational challenges
* Experience in the business improvement, business analyst, resource planning, optimisation, management consultancy or technology role, preferably in airport operations
* Experience leading teams and delivering complex change initiatives
* Strategic thinker who challenges legacy ways of working and who can translate complexity into clarity
* Strong understanding of predictive analytics, scenario modelling and optimisation techniques
* Hands-on experience with analytical tools or languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, BI platforms, optimisation tools)
* Ability to design end-to-end analytical solutions, not just reports
* Fluency in English and either German or French
