Your new responsibilities
* Support and drive project management activities related to portfolio development
* Take ownership of the Fire Service Community SharePoint, organize feedback interviews with LCB users, align global consolidation with other disciplines and marketing, seek best practices and bring them to the fire SharePoint
* Actively provide support in the planning and organization of international workshops, setup meaningful concept boards, prepare and distribute preparation materials
* Support development and implementation of new digital portfolio initiatives across the globe, helping drive administration of task and communication and alignment across the international community
* Assist with portfolio roll out activities in the Europe, America, and Asia regions
* Drive a range of (sub) tasks, including Voice of Customer, KPI monitoring, data / process standardization
* Support the portfolio team in administrative and strategic tasks. Flexible and remote working possible
Your talents and experience
1. Enrolled at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences, studying physics, engineering, business informatics, information science, data science, digital business management, or business engineering. You have reached your fourth semester as a minimum or you are taking a break between your bachelors and masters degree
2. Have basic knowledge of project management, change management and agile working methods
3. Possess a digital first mindset
4. Have a keen interest in new innovation and technology
5. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure is advantageous
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
7. Ability to analyse with a structured, independent way of wo
