This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 ul liPart of the 3rd level support for a Datalake house (platform operations) /li liMember of an Agile program to support change initiatives /li liSupport Operations, Support, Maintenance, and overarching Service Lifecycle /li liCollaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providers /li liAct as gatekeeper for change in the platform and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.) /li liImprove continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management /li liAbility to be self-sufficient and detail orientated in trouble shooting of technical platform components /li liEnsure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the IT Service Owner and Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in projects and/or operations of IT applications and/or Data platforms /li liDynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations, operational improvements, and automation /li liAble to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks /li liExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities /li liStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skills /li liExposure to tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance /li liFamiliarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworks /li liExperience / understanding of Data Lake / Data Lake House technology stake (Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, VMware) /li liExperience / understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data products /li liProven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governance /li liRelevant higher education and professional background within computer science /li /ul pWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
