This Position reports to:
Corporate Controller
In the role of Corporate Communications Manager – Group Finance, you support the Corporate Finance leadership team in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy, plan and KPIs. You lead initiatives that align with our company's goals and serve as a strategic internal communications partner and advisor to the Corporate Finance leadership team.
The position is based in Zurich.

You will be mainly accountable for:
 * Develop and implement a joint Finance internal communications strategy and plans that support the positioning, mission and vision of the Corporate Finance function
 * Champion initiatives that advance business goals while enhancing employee knowledge and engagement
 * Ensure all communications are aligned with the organization's overall messaging and branding
 * Act as a strategic communications partner to leaders across Corporate Finance function to increase awareness of their team's purpose, priorities, and key outcomes
 * Support the communication of key projects, and events
 * Enhance continuous improvement of internal communications processes, tools, and channels
 * Work seamlessly with counterparts across ABB's corporate and business communications teams to promote a holistic and integrated approach
 * Recognize team accomplishments and increase visibility of open roles
Qualifications for the role:
 * Minimum 10-12 years of experience from working in internal communications in an international company, preferably in a decentralized organization
 * Ability to understand and translate terms and information related to financial processes and data into plain language for a non-expert audience
 * Strategic mindset with the ability to "connect the dots" across different projects and functions
 * History of effective strategic formulation and execution
 * Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
 * Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
 * Creative and solutions-oriented, structured and good communicator
 * Inner drive to engage, motivate and inspire employees on relevant topics
 * Supportive coworker skilled in building relationships
 * An encouraging and solution-focused mindset in the workplace
 * Proficient writing skills in English are essential
 * Knowledge of finance and business processes is a plus
