The Opportunity
As part of our Finance team in Business Consulting, you will assist clients with digital transformation and optimization of financial processes, focusing on SAP Controlling and Product Costing within SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Your role involves strategic and conceptual tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support CFO organizations in implementing company-wide transformation programs, from strategy development to execution.
* Design and implement Controlling, Product Costing, and Reporting solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, within SAP S/4 HANA architecture.
* Integrate additional SAP applications such as SAP Margin Analysis and PaPM.
* Enable future-oriented finance functions focusing on governance, business intelligence, and financial process optimization using SAP technologies.
* Utilize SAP S/4 HANA Finance to provide transparent insights into profitability and cost management.
* Optimize financial processes leveraging SAP Best Practices.
* Assist colleagues in process analysis and SAP Controlling topics training.
* Contribute to practice development through training, articles, and conference presentations.
* Develop holistic ERP solutions for clients using interdisciplinary services.
* Engage in ongoing training on new SAP technologies, with opportunities for SAP certification.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Qualifications include:
* University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related fields with excellent results.
* 3-5 years of consulting experience in Finance and Controlling, especially SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.
* Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Controlling implementations, covering core processes like Product Cost Controlling and Profitability Analysis.
* Understanding of financial end-to-end processes and SAP transformation phases.
* Flexibility to travel and fluency in English and German or French.
Preferred but not mandatory:
* Experience in sectors such as Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Products, or Industrial Products.
