Private Household Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Household Manager & Personal Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private household in Switzerland (Vaud). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring the well-being of dogs.
* Maintain a clean and organized living environment through effective housekeeping and cleaning routines.
* Prepare meals tailored to dietary preferences, using fresh ingredients and cooking techniques.
* Manage the care and well-being of dogs, including feeding, walking, and scheduling vet appointments.

The Private Household Manager will also be responsible for:
* Accompanying the principal on international and domestic trips, handling travel logistics and ensuring smooth experiences.
* Providing support to friends and family when needed, ensuring their comfort and managing any requests they may have.
* Sourcing and overseeing service providers for household maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
* Managing household expenses, tracking budgets, and organizing important documents.
* Acting as the principal's representative in interactions with service providers, vendors, and contractors when needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, working in high-net-worth households or in a service-oriented environment (such as hospitality).
* Fluency in English, French (spoken and written) is essential. Ability to engage in simple conversations in Spanish is required.
* Strong housekeeping and cooking skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Tech-savvy with experience in online shopping, digital organization, and communication tools.
* Capable of basic accounting and document management.
* Experience with pets, particularly dogs.
* Possession of a valid driving license.
