* Independent supporting, acquisition and consulting of global key customers in the field of medical implantable and life sustaining medical applications
* Ensuring comprehensive technical and commercial customer support and building up a personal network tailored to the individual customer and industry requirements
* Development, coordination and implementation of sales concepts and measures to market our technically demanding product range within the target market
* Continuous monitoring of the defined sales targets and maximizing the share of wallet within the assigned account base
* Pro-active, product- and target group specific acquisition of new projects and customers through field work and realization of cross-selling potentials
* Conducting and concluding contract negotiations within defined framework conditions
* Processing tenders in coordination with all concerned internal departments and with the overall sales management
* Regular coordination with the relevant departments at headquarters and exchange on market-relevant topics, significant business cases and market developments
* Creation of business plans and forecasts
* Carrying out regular customer visits including product and company presentations and participating in trade fairs
* Direct reporting line to the chief sales and marketing officer
