Your role Join Uniplan HK as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager! In this key role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, working closely with the Creative and Project Teams on exciting event and experiential marketing programs locally and globally. Serve as the primary contact for assigned client projects, ensuring timely and successful solutions.
Build trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executives, identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Team Head to develop new business strategies aligned with our financial goals.
Manage new client engagements from initial contact to proposal preparation, budgeting, fee negotiation, and staffing recommendations.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings, ensuring high-quality proposals and timely project delivery.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met and to spot new business opportunities.
Maintain strong vendor relationships, expanding our vendor pool to support the Procurement Team.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure setups and installations are flawless, making adjustments as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in client relationship management and account management within event and experiential marketing.
Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and managing communications and projects.
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the pitch process, project flow, and delivery standards.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve crises effectively.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
