The Opportunity
Ey's Transactions Corporate Finance department specializes in Transaction Diligence, Valuation, Modeling & Economics, and mid-size M&A Advisory. You will join a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare transaction documents such as information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations.
* Conduct company valuations using market multiples and the DCF method.
* Assist in executing M&A transactions from pitch to close.
* Analyze industries and companies in-depth.
* Prepare potential buyer and target lists.
* Support due diligence processes.
* Develop technical skills in accounting, business valuations, and financial modeling.
* Maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or advanced Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, etc., with an excellent academic track record.
* First experience in relevant fields, preferably in M&A or private equity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with additional fluency in French advantageous.
* Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organizational skills.
* Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
