Position Overview:

The Global head of Renewable Fuels Sales will play a critical role in driving the global sales strategy for company's renewable fuels. This is a senior leadership position, requiring a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biofuels industry. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead and inspire a global sales team, and the capability to personally engage in high-stakes sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

* Lead the global sales efforts for Renewable Fuels.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company's growth objectives, particularly focusing on expanding into high-value markets globally.
* Identify and pursue new market opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Market Expansion and Development:

* Leverage knowledge of the Renewable Fuels market to position the company as a leader in the industry.
* Explore and develop new markets for Renewable Fuels, particularly in the biochemical and renewable energy sectors.

Sales Execution:

* Actively participate in and initiate high-level sales discussions, negotiations, and deal-making activities.
* Ensure that sales processes are efficient and effective, adapting to the evolving needs of the business as it grows.
* Provide strategic insights and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Leadership and Team Development:

* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
* Work closely with the Commercial and other senior leaders to align sales efforts with the overall commercial strategy.
* Adapt to a dynamic and evolving organizational environment, contributing to the development of tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biofuels industry, with a strong focus on renewable energy
* Proven track record of leadership in a sales or commercial role, with demonstrated success in driving growth and market expansion.

Skills:

* Deep understanding of the global Renewable Fuels market, including key drivers, trends, and competitive dynamics.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Leadership:

* Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build, inspire, and lead a global sales team.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with processes and tools that are still under development.
* Ability to engage directly in high-level sales discussions and negotiations.
