Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.
Role Responsibilities
Leading the Client Advisors to acquire brand and product awareness, transmitting the brand philosophy and core values.
Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor, guiding the CA team to provide a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, corporate image, communication and CRM guidelines.
Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, actively listening and paying attention to establish mutual trust.
Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance, reporting missed opportunities to company management to allow corrective actions.
Providing feedback through reports on sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitors to boost business.
Linking with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.
Ensuring high standards through correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store on a regular basis.
Supporting the organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the brand, instill loyalty and provide ideas on CRM actions.
Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the boutique, ensuring continuous improvement and providing ongoing feedback.
Safeguarding respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or one-to-one meetings.
Supervising the stock area, providing support during inventories.
Ensuring that retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines are respected.
Cultivating direct contact with headquarters.
Using main IT applications and systems, updating when new tools are made available, particularly Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM system.
Qualifications
For the role of Store Manager we seek a candidate with a minimum of 8 years experience in Retail, including at least 2 years in managerial roles (preferably in Luxury Retail). Applicants must demonstrate strong business acumen, a solid understanding of market and customers, and people management and development skills. A very good knowledge of English is mandatory.
