Responsibilities:
* Independently control and manage the process of mobile site infrastructure construction and telecom HW implementation according to internal processes and clients’ requirements.
* Oversee the end-to-end process, from ordering to delivery, until successful work acceptance within planned time and defined budget.
* Work directly with clients and partners to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and budget.
* Coordinate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfill project goals.
* Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Duties:
* Manage independently according to established processes, end to end.
* Oversee site infrastructure upgrade, re-engineering, and reconstruction projects.
* Manage telecom and transmission HW installation activities as part of above projects.
* Participate in site design surveys to ensure all sites are designed according to internal and customer requirements, Health and Safety regulations, and engineering norms and standards.
* Take over, verify, and launch new projects.
* Obtain, verify, and validate subcontractors' offers according to internal procedures and project scope of work.
* Manage services and material ordering process.
* Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, kick-off, coordinate, monitor, and report on project activities, cost & progress against schedule, scope of work, and budget.
* Maintain project and company tools according to agreed rules by maintaining forecast & actual dates and project status.
* Perform risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
* Escalate deviations from project design, schedule, scope, and cost.
* Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Follow project status through regular contact with partners.
* Help maintain and update processes and guidelines in accordance with the latest contractual obligations and standards as well as local regulations.
* Propose further enhancements on the workflow tools related to the rollout part to increase team efficiency.
