Description Business Analysis & Delivery
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements with an IT-first mindset
Translate requirements into:
User Stories
Use Cases
Functional specifications when required Ensure end-to-end delivery of integration projects
Own and manage:
Acceptance criteria
Test cases and test plans Ensure solutions are delivered, tested, and production-ready
Integration & Technical Environment
Work on system integration between:
Client warehouses
Customer systems
External partners Strong exposure to:
APIs
Integration flows (EDI, APIs, middleware)
Software platforms and Saa S environments Act as a bridge between Business Analysis, development teams, and technical stakeholders
Ways of Working
Operate in an Agile-inspired environment, adapted to business and delivery constraints
Focus on pragmatism and delivery, rather than strict adherence to methodology
Comfortable working in a project-driven environment, with clear objectives and deadlines Leadership & Mentorship
Act as a Senior Business Analyst

Strong IT background - understands systems, development, and architecture before business
Experience working in:
Software editors / Saa S companies (a plus)
Logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environments (a plus)
