Facilities Manager (m/w/d)
We are looking for a qualified Facilities Manager to comprehensively manage one of our most important client accounts. This responsible role covers professional facility management at three locations and requires both technical expertise and strong customer orientation.
Responsibilities
* Operational leadership of facility management for three sites in Switzerland and Austria
* Ensure smooth building operations and optimal workplace quality
* Regular systematic site inspections for quality control and condition assessment
* Efficient coordination across sites, taking local specifics into account
* Primary point of contact for the client on site
* Plan and conduct regular client meetings with comprehensive reporting on all location‑related topics
* Close collaboration with the internal account management team to improve customer service
* Proactive communication and timely information on key developments
* Oversee and coordinate all technical building services
* Strategic management and coordination of all external service providers
* Continuous quality control of services delivered and negotiation of contract matters
* Identify and implement cost‑saving measures
* Self‑responsible budget planning and ongoing budget monitoring for all three sites
* Prepare detailed monthly reports and thorough cost analyses
* Ensure compliance with all JLL‑ and client‑specific quality standards
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
* Industry certifications (e.g., GEFMA, IFMA) desirable
* In‑depth understanding of technical building services and current building technologies
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in facilities management
* Proven experience managing multi‑site portfolios or larger real‑estate holdings
* Successful references in customer management and supplier leadership
* Practical experience taking on budget and cost responsibility
* Professional handling of CAFM systems and facility‑relevant software solutions
* Knowledge of relevant FM standards and regulations in Switzerland and Austria
* Familiarity with modern facility management processes and best practices
* Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
* Good French skills for effective communication with all stakeholders
