Mandated by one of our clients, an establishment in the Crans-Montana region, we offer a position for:
As a Cook, you will report to the head chef. Your responsibilities include preparing and presenting cold starters and desserts, with a focus on quality, freshness, and presentation. You will actively participate in creating suggestions aligned with Swiss culinary traditions, highlighting seasonal and local products. Your organizational skills will enable you to manage your station autonomously while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, including compliance with HACCP procedures. You will support the chef and coordinate with the kitchen team, especially during busy services, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and efficiency. Your rigor and creativity will be key to ensuring a quality culinary experience for guests.
Profile Required
CFC in cooking or equivalent, or significant experience in the field
Dynamic, passionate about your profession

A fixed-term contract for a seasonal period, with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement. Conditions are in line with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT), ensuring a clear and fair framework.
