Job Description
Are you ready to make a significant impact in Private Banking Operations? As part of the Geneva Credit Platform Services team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of our credit processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in credit monitoring, data analysis, and client service, while contributing to the success of our team and the firm.
Responsibilities
* Review Credit Facility Agreements to identify and set up covenants.
* Monitor covenant compliance and escalate breaches to relevant parties.
* Create customized offline credit monitoring solutions for non-standard deals.
* Ensure adherence to controls and procedures, keeping them current and effective.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with peers and stakeholders.
* Produce regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reports, including decks for senior management committees.
* Deliver practical data insights that are actionable by senior management.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in credit analytics and reporting, performing in-depth data analysis.
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
* Participate in projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Up to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Full working proficiency in English.
* Understanding of private banking and credit products.
* Strong aptitude for working with data and developing innovative solutions.
* Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or Qlik.
* Proactive, responsive team player thriving in a dynamic environment.
* Strong commitment, integrity, and exceptional drive.
* Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
