Your tasks * Identify and qualify project sales opportunities in the Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments by engaging proactively with consultants, contractors, and end users. * Lead the sales process from initial opportunity to contract award, including developing tailored value propositions, coordinating with internal teams on technical proposals, and managing pricing strategies. * * Support and engage in sales activities with the local sales team to open new doors, participate in exhibitions, deliver customer trainings, and build brand visibility. * * Maintain accurate and timely records of project opportunities in (CRM) MS Dynamics, ensuring effective pipeline visibility and tracking. * Develop and execute strategic plans for growing the Industrial Solutions business, with a strong focus on Manufacturing Plants and Infrastructure Projects. Your profile * Bachelor-s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development focused on major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K). * At least 3 years of experience working on Industrial or Infrastructure projects from a technical or sales perspective. * Proven track record of developing and closing project-based sales opportunities. * Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, competitor dynamics, and market trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to identify and convert new project-based sales opportunities. * Strong skills in building and managing customer relationships at multiple stakeholder levels. * Competence in developing sales strategies and executing go-to-market approaches. * Skilled in coordinating cross-functional input for proposals, tenders, and technical solutions. * Proficiency in managing sales data in CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics). * Confident in representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer workshops.
