Responsibilities
Setting up the breakfast room (buffet, tables, equipment, products)
Coordination with the kitchen for hot products, special or à la carte orders
Checking cleanliness, table setting and product availability
Warmly welcoming guests, accompanying them and presenting the offer
Listening to needs (specific diets, allergies, preferences)
Handling special requests efficiently and courteously
Profile sought
Proven experience in catering, ideally in hotel or restaurant breakfast service
Mastery of service techniques (buffet, plated, beverages)
Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
Good level of French, professional English required (other languages appreciated)
Strong customer service sense
Dynamism and responsiveness
Excellent presentation
