You will be a key player in the daily success of our mission to challenge conventions and rewrite the rulebook of our industry. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liIndependently operate and monitor multiple core production machines (e.g., plastic extruder, spraying, printing) according to SOPs, ensuring our revolutionary products meet unflinching quality standards. /li liPerform 1st level maintenance, including daily checks, system purging, inspection, cleaning and lubrication. /li liConduct basic troubleshooting for common machine alarms and stoppages, applying your problem-solving skills to keep production moving. /li liIndependently evaluate shoe quality, understand the root causes of main quality defects, and adjust settings to correct common issues. /li liApply your knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe machine entry to ensure a safe working environment for the entire team and apply safety instructions at all times. /li liAct as a role model and train new Line Assistants and Operators, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. /li /ul h3bYour story /b /h3 ul liYou have proven experience as a Machine Operator in a production environment, with a passion for technology and innovation. /li liYou possess a strong mechanical aptitude and can identify early warning signs of equipment failure. /li liYou have a working knowledge of electrical safety systems and can identify defective electrical components. /li liYou are a data-driven problem-solver with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and quality control. /li liYou are an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment and excels at coordinating during shift handovers. /li liYou are proficient in English (reading/writing) to comprehend SOPs and document production data. /li liYou are able to work in afternoon shifts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
