Conduct research and development of innovative concepts for physical document security
Lead and coordinate an R&D Team on high security applications
Plan and execute activities in micro fabrication, characterization and demonstrator development
Create technical layouts and translate them into functional security concepts for physical document security
Support IP screening and contribute to new patent applications
Prepare technical reports and presentations
Ensure documentation and communication in English Your Profile
University degree in natural sciences (Ph D in physics, optics, chemistry or comparable field)
More than 3 years of professional experience, ideally in high security R&D (e.g. OVD development, holography)
Self driven team player with strong communication skills
