Responsabilità
* Lead and manage product development projects from concept through to production release
* Design and develop mechanical components, including concept design, detailed drawings, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
* Perform technical calculations, analyze test results, and validate product performance for both standard and customized solutions
* Evaluate and optimize environmental and sustainability aspects across the entire product lifecycle
* Continuously improve products from both a technical and logistical perspective, considering manufacturing and quality processes
* Monitor project progress, including industrialization activities
* Prepare and maintain all relevant technical project documentation
* Manage engineering changes (change requests)
* Interface with international suppliers for the definition and sourcing of technical components
* Provide technical support to the sales team
* Contribute to the evaluation of production investment feasibility
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze non-conformities and support product certification processes
* Present project results, key decisions, and updates to Management and Steering Committees
Profilo
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Robotics)
* Proven experience in mechanical design and product development (experience with small gearheads is a strong advantage)
* Solid understanding of project management principles
* Proficiency in Siemens NX (3D CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM)
* Structured and methodical approach with a strong results orientation
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
* Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
* German and/or French are considered a plus
