Internal Service Employee for the Main Agency Le Landeron

Your contribution to the company

Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by telephone or at reception during their visit to the agency
Assistance and support to insurance advisors in arranging appointments with their clients
Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support to advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
Drafting insurance offers and proposals
Close and ongoing contact with the agency’s advisor teams
Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters

Your skills and talents

With a commercial background, you have initial experience in administration, particularly in the insurance sector; AFA qualification is an advantage
Your interest in advice and sales is marked, and your motivation to train on our products and internal processes is strong
Your personality is service-oriented and you will always seek the best fair solution for all
With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible, and have ease in interpersonal contacts as well as an excellent team spirit
You are fluent in French both spoken and written; any other language is an additional asset
You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
