Clinique CIC Suisse SA is looking for a: Controller / Management Controller. Reporting to the Financial Director, you will contribute to the financial and medico-economic management of the clinic by implementing analysis and reporting tools in compliance with Swiss hospital sector standards. You will actively participate in the development of management control and in ensuring cost transparency and performance of activities. Responsibilities include assisting the Financial Director in monthly financial reporting, performance analyses, and dashboards intended for the management, establishing and developing hospital analytical accounting according to REKOLE standards. Contributing to the establishment and development of cost analyses per case and medico-economic performance indicators within the SwissDRG system. Participating in the piloting of medico-economic performance of clinical activities in collaboration with medical teams and having a good command of the Opale software, particularly to perform checks on medical fees settings and contribute to processes related to the annual production of institutional reports and regulatory follow-ups. Contributing to the control of medical coding and analyzing its impact on hospital costs and revenues. Actively participating in the establishment and development of internal control standards and control procedures, developing and improving management and decision-support tools for management and department heads. Candidate profile includes a higher degree in finance, business economics, or management control (HEG/HES, university or equivalent). Professional experience in management control, ideally in the hospital sector, knowledge of REKOLE, ITAR_K standards and experience in hospital medico-economic analysis and accounting. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with hospital ERPs and the Opale software is an advantage. Understanding of hospital processes, medical coding and its impact on financial results. Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to work with medical stakeholders. Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
