In this role, you will lead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies across Southern Europe, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You’ll act as a key connector between regional strategy and local market needs, ensuring campaigns resonate effectively with target audiences. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and partnerships. Accountabilities
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with broader European objectives
Drive brand awareness and lead generation through integrated digital and offline campaigns
Adapt messaging, branding, and content to fit regional market needs while maintaining consistency
Create and manage content across channels including blogs, email campaigns, and social media
Support and coordinate events such as trade shows, partner activations, and industry engagements
Manage public relations initiatives and external agency relationships
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partnership teams to align on priorities and targets
Provide localized tools and materials to support reseller and commercial teams
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B or technology‑driven industries
Proven experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Experience working in international and matrixed organizations
Native‑level Spanish and fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Background in payments, fintech, or point‑of‑sale industries is advantageous
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
