Neho is looking for a hands-on, execution-driven intern to work directly alongside the Head of New Offerings, Strategic Partnerships & Automation on two strategic fronts: building new business offerings from the ground up, and systematically automating the operational backbone of the company.
This is not a typical internship — probably like nowhere else. You will be given real ownership from day one, high expectations, and limited hand-holding. If that excites you, read on.

As anintern, you won't just be observing; you will be building. You will play a hands-on role in developing the digital ecosystem that empowers our customers and teams to navigate property transactions with ease. We are looking for a "doer" who wants to:
1. Own real features: Take a seat at the table and help shape new products from ideation to launch.

Your Tasks
Core Tech Project: Vibe-Coded Product
You will own and deliver one end-to-end technical project — a real product built with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar). We expect something shipped, not a proof-of-concept.
4. Design, build, and iterate using vibe coding methodologies and LLM-assisted development
5. Own the full product lifecycle: scoping, prototyping, testing, shipping
6. Use AI tools as a genuine force multiplier, not a gimmick
Process Automation (No Code / Low Code)
You will identify, prioritize, and ship automation projects across Neho's support functions — starting with admin, HR, finance, and marketing. Think of yourself as our internal automation hacker: if a human is doing something repetitive, that's your next project.
7. Audit existing workflows and surface high-ROI automation opportunities
8. Build automations using Make.com, N8N, and similar platforms
9. Integrate with Neho's core stack: ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace
10. Document processes, train the team, and track impact (yes, you'll measure your own wins)

Job requirements
What you bring
Must Have:
20. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (any discipline — yes, really any)
21. English fluency and advanced French skills (min. B2)
22. Available for a minimum of 6 consecutive months
23. Genuine, demonstrated interest in startups, real estate, side projects, or entrepreneurial adventures of any kind
24. Hands-on experience with software, automation, vibe coding, or AI/LLMs — actual projects you can point to, not just a ChatGPT account
Strong Differentiators:
25. German skills are considered a plus
26. Business acumen — or an active, urgent desire to develop it
27. Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, N8N, Zapier, Notion…)
28. Comfort building under ambiguity with minimal direction
