About the Job:

* We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering a high-profile capital project.
* The successful candidate will be accountable for project management and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
* Key responsibilities include understanding and generating business cases supporting project funding approval processes, managing engineering design firms and construction firms, and ensuring safe execution of job activities in compliance with environmental, regulatory, corporate site, and team practices and procedures.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of related business experience and a consistent track record in project management in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
* Experience in leading large engineering/construction projects.
* Excellent organization and communication skills, ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, engineering processes, and design thinking methodology.
* Certification in FPX and/or Lean processes is a plus.
