* Coordination and organization of customer training (mechanical & electrical)
* Training of Agathon service technicians and remote support
* Planning and conducting service meetings
* Design and further development of training modules
* Support for service & remote support (equipment & representation)
This is what you bring with you:
* Technical vocational training (mechanics, electrical engineering, etc.)
* Further training as a technical salesman is an advantage
* Several years of experience in mechanical engineering / service
* Very good German and English skills
* Service- and customer-oriented communication
* Team player, reliable and empathetic
