Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Preparation of strategic and operational analysis during monthly and quarterly closing as well as on ad-hoc basis
Analysis and commentary to understand and challenge the monthly actual results, rolling forecast, business plan etc. of the financial and main operational results of the Divisions and Product Lines Including, analysis of price evolution, cost optimization and Free Cash Flow levers
Develop and implement reporting and analytical models
Be the link between business and finance and maintain accuracy and quality of reporting and contribute with value adding management information
Uses FP&A capacity to provide business insight and analytics to corporate and global functions including cross-functional dialogue on financial matters (e.g. Tax, Treasury, Sales performance, SCM, CAPEX, Operations teams etc.)
Ensure consistency of reporting across the business
Create strong relations with various stakeholders, work across functions and challenge the organization when needed
Monitoring economic trends and be able to explain and incorporate these findings in analysis, management reporting and forecasts
Prepare presentation material for Corporate Management, Board and other key stakeholders
Participate in various Group wide projects.
If you have/are:
University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent, strong background and understanding of accounting concepts
Advanced qualification in a relevant discipline including business, finance, accounting commerce or economics preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA or Master'sdegree equivalent designation)
At least 5 years of relevant experience working as Business Controller, Senior Financial Analyst and/or as FP &A Analyst in large and complex multinational groups
Strong Controlling, Financial Planning and Performance Analysis background, budgeting and forecasting at group and/or divisional level, preferably within the industrial sector
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, financial reporting and CPM systems (OneStream desired)
A strong merit with experience working with analytical tools, preferably Power BI, as well as an interest in systems and IT
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

You will report to Vice President Business Control.
Preferred locations (to be hired in our of Autoliv offices): Zug (Central Switzerland), Stockholm, Germany or Romania.
