Qualifications
The Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Compensation serves as the leader for Sales Operations within the Americas Managed Commercial Organization. ... This includes ownership of operational strategy, stewardship of global partner relationships, and governance of sales compensation initiatives that support revenue growth and organizational performance.
Experience Required
* Minimum 5-7 years hotel sales experience, preferably in a Full Service
* Minimum 3-5 years of Associate Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager or similar team leadership experience demonstrating success in developing and executing sales strategy
Experience Preferred
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyatt sales tools and programing
* Experience within a Hyatt Hotel is preferred
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
